Brewed this up a few weeks ago. It tasted great even after 9 days from the botteling date. I think I prefer this than many known brands of larger you can get from your local super market. This is the best kit I've used to date including red and white wine kits. I just used normal castor sugar. It's supposed to taste better after a month but with a Russian mrs I doubt very much that my 40 bottles will last that long.bill g (Jan 31 2017, 15:57 PM)
Have just brewed this and first taste after 7 days pre second ferment isn't great but drinkable I've primed it and bottled today so will test again in 2-3 weeks I'm sure taste will improve within the next few weeks but I'll update as soon as I try Easy kit to make with straight forward instructionsgary (Jan 31 2017, 15:56 PM)
Brewed this one up a few times. I keep coming back for it. A nice mild lager which stands up well against the shop bought brews. Pound for pound the commercial beers just can't compete with it. I will keep brewing it again and again.Simon (Jan 31 2017, 15:55 PM)
I think this is one of the best lager around today.Add 500g of light spraymalt and 700g of brewing sugar instead of 1kg of brewing sugar it taste even better.steven skidmore (Mar 08 2012, 12:32 PM)
