Wine Expert Classic Chilean Merlot

Really pleased with this wine. No way would you think it was home-made. Well up in the £8 to £10 a bottle quality for less than a quarter of that. Trying the Shiraz (Wine Expert) next, but it was a tough decision as I was very tempted to stick with the Merlot. Will report back on the Shiraz in due course.Allan Postgate (30 Dec 2024, 12:51)

Amazing service

I bought two wine kits and one did not have all the necessary parts, only the grape concentrate. I needed to get this started before we went on holiday, Sam chased it up immediately with the suppliers and I received the missing bits in time to start it before we went away. Excellent customer service

When into store backend of lockdown looking to upgrade my air still to the T500 wanted advice before taking the plunge. Both the guys on the counter was so helpful and went through everything that I needed. This store is about 30 miles away from me and I have to pass at least 2 other shops but it’s worth the hour trip each way. Fantastic shop and service.

I live a long distance away but was staying with relatives for the weekend. Decided to visit the shop and so glad I did. They have everything that a home brewer could possibly need. You are free to browse and select what you need. The staff are so friendly and knowledgeable. I wish I lived closer, but will definitely pop In again when I am able.Phil (29 Aug 2023, 08:49)
