There are multiple ways to hoppy goodness to your beer, why not try dry hopping by adding the hops as late as two days before barreling or bottling! This will leave you with a very fruity aroma and flavour but without a huge amount of bitterness.
If you wish to make fruit wine out of season, finding the fruits can be awkward and sometimes expensive! Try these dried fruits instead, they are sure to give an excellent flavour to your favorite tipple whilst being ready to go at any time of the year

Never let me down. Fantastic service, extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Brilliant during lockdown ( and before). Drive from
North Nottinghamshire to Derbyshire every time rather than buy on internet, well worth it. Thanks guys.Rob -the Chardonnay man (13 Apr 2021, 20:44)

I have been a customer for around 4 years now. I have always be satisfied with the service, delivery and quality. If I need help a human answers the phone and solves the issue. Even during the pandemic they supplied, limited stock sometimes, but notified me when back in stock. During my time the prices have gone up, where haven’t they? But the increased percentage is less than most essential good!Graham (10 May 2024, 16:31)
