I make one of these every 2-3 months and they are great. Always add the oak Chipping's and follow the recipe to the letter and you cannot go wrong. Although it's hard, try to wait at least 3 months before drinking, you will not be disappointed. :)Chris Kent (4 Nov 2012, 14:52)

Very Nice

We were pleasantly suprised with this Rioja, it is very smooth and palatable. We would maybe like to get a bit more of the oaky taste so we are going to experiment with the chippingsBabs (9 May 2012, 18:05)

No one better!

I have been a customer for around 4 years now. I have always be satisfied with the service, delivery and quality. If I need help a human answers the phone and solves the issue. Even during the pandemic they supplied, limited stock sometimes, but notified me when back in stock. During my time the prices have gone up, where haven’t they? Just started brewing again
