Awesome Brew

Evil dog

lOVELY drop of beer

This makes an absolutely brilliant drop. Its relatively easy to brew. Just be aware its quite strong and not a session beer. Mine came out at well over 7.5% and we had a few guests struggling to walk after a party, where this was the beer of choice.Anonymous (30 Jan 2017, 15:56)

WOW

What an awesome beer. I always tend to leave my primary ferment longer than it says in the instructions; about a month with the hop sachets added in for about a week and a half at the end. Just had a sample after a week in secondary and already the flavour is so full, but a nice pale colour. Needs another few weeks in the cool to finish off and clear. Agree with other posts that the primary stage fermentation is vigorous! Put the fermenter on an old towel. Will be getting more Bulldog kits if this is an indication of the standard. Fantastic Product

This is now clearing in the garage, the final % measured around 9% in the end! I tried my first pint last night and it was absolutely fantasic. Hopy, fruity and nearly completely clear. I have the Easter Stout nearly finished now and the Evil Cat to start. If they all turn out like this one i will have a very happy few months ahead.Anonymous (30 Jan 2017, 15:54)
