This was my second attempt at a Cellar 7 wine kit. It took a day or two longer, but this may be down to my room conditions. It is nice to drink immediately, but gets better with age. We have found it is better cold, but that is personal preference.Anonymous (Oct 29 2016, 09:17 AM)
Just returned to home wine making after a 20 year break! How things have improved. Can't fault the Cellar 7. Our utility room is at a constant temperature of 20 - 21 degrees which the instructions say is ideal. Also tried the Cellar 7 Pinot Grigio and equally impressed. Due to family calling in I can't say whether it improves with age as it all goes too quickly but, as it says on the tin, it's ready to drink in 7 days and won't let you down. Ended up in casualty unfortunately when my single hand corker managed to shatter a bottle neck ... so bought myself a safer two hand corker! PS Unless you add more water than instructions state, you will end up with 26 bottles after racking ... but still well worth it.Andy Hall (Oct 29 2016, 09:17 AM)
I'm fairly new to wine making but this is kit did everything on cue.I was pleasantly surprised at the taste as I had only made it originally to keep visitors off the good stuff.I was so impressed at the ease and quality that I've purchased more and will use more in the future.Anonymous (Apr 02 2014, 15:52 PM)
