Excellent customer service

When into store backend of lockdown looking to upgrade my air still to the T500 wanted advice before taking the plunge. Both the guys on the counter was so helpful and went through everything that I needed. This store is about 30 miles away from me and I have to pass at least 2 other shops but it’s worth the hour trip each way. I phoned in an order for two wine kits, sometime during the afternoon, and was astonished when my order arrived early the following morning. Thank you so much. Amazing service

I bought two wine kits and one did not have all the necessary parts, only the grape concentrate. I needed to get this started before we went on holiday, Sam chased it up immediately with the suppliers and I received the missing bits in time to start it before we went away.
