On my to do again list

Simple, quick & good, had some cloudiness due to sediment, so now I use Muntons Premium Homebrewing Yeast" instead of the supplied. (Sep 11 2019, 16:55 PM)

Great Kit

The Wherry is the only brew kit that I have continuously bought since starting to home brew. The Wherry can go toe to toe with any commercially brewed beer out there. This is a bargain basement priced kit that wipes the floor with the more expensive added hops and oak chip brigade. (Oct 28 2016, 13:59 PM)

What a brew

I have gone through a dozen or so kits, every time a winner. I have started to add a couple of ounces of sugar at the start and end up with a 6% brew. I think this kit takes some beating will certainly continue with it (Oct 28 2016, 13:58 PM)

I have been brewing kits for about a year and a half now and thought I would give this a try. One of the simplest - no added hops, so I had my doubts. Took about a week longer than I expected to become stable and then I barreled it. 2 weeks later it tastes great and is pretty clear - not totally, but clear enough. No need to be too picky on that. A lovely simple bitter style beer and not too bitter. I shall definitely brew this again. (Oct 28 2016, 13:57 PM)
